HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PRINTED?

All orders are printed in advanced four color process.  Exact PMS spot color matching, metallics, and fluorescents are not available for catalog quantities.  Contact the factory for other requirements.

 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET YOU MY ARTWORK?

You can send us your print-ready art via email or on a disk.  Mac format is preferred, but PC will work as well.  File types accepted: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Quark, EPS, PDF, TIFF.  Please convert all fonts to outlines.

 

WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS PRODUCED?

Yes!  Digital proofs are a necessity and are included in your order.  A pre-production proof would be provided upon request, also at no charge (shipping charges excluded).  Orders will be scheduled into production upon receipt of a signed proof.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PRODUCE MY ORDER?

Our standard production time for catalog quantities is 3-4 working days  (computed from the day after proof approval).  Rush services are offered at the following rates:

-1 Day Rush: Add 25% ($25.00 minimum)

-2 Day Rush: Add 15% ($25.00 minimum)

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Unless one of our other options are chosen, orders are bulk-packed in master shipping cartons .

 

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL PACKAGING OPTIONS?

CalButton offers a range of packaging options.  Techniques include shrink-wrapping, poly-bagging, envelope insertion/printing, special mailer boxes, packing cartons, and palletizing for shipment.  Please contact the factory for specific information.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are F.O.B. our factory in Anaheim, CA.  Orders will be shipped the best way to ensure on-time delivery.  Ground, overnight, 2-day or 3-day may be utilized.

Split location shipments (all shipped at once): add $7.50(x) per location.

Split location shipments (shipped at different times): add $12.50(x) per location

C.O.D.: add $15.00(x)

 

CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT QUANTITY THAN THE ONES LISTED IN YOUR CATALOG?

Yes!  Orders between catalog quantities will be priced at the next lower quantity listed.  Orders for less than the minimum quantity are priced at $50(v) and can not be for less than ½ of the lowest listed quantity for that product.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To maintain our quick turnaround, orders are moved into production rapidly.  If a cancellation is requested, you may be required to pay for that portion of the order already completed – including art or time and materials charges.  Minimum cancellation fee of $50.00(x) plus time and materials.

 

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

Yes!  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We also offer net 30 day terms to pre-approved customers.
